ABOUT

I bring over 24 years of experience in law enforcement, culminating in my role as Division Director at the Riverside County Probation Department. My diverse career includes:

Field Operations: Served on three joint task forces (gangs, narcotics, sex offenders) and was a narcotics detection K-9 handler.
Training & Instruction: Served as a P.O.S.T. certified firearms and defensive tactics instructor. Developed and led the department's firearms academy.
Management & Leadership: Managed field services, institutional services, and human resources. Oversaw administrative investigations, hiring/backgrounds, training, grievances, and labor union relations.
